Financial Advisor
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Financial Advisor who wants to build something meaningful — not just manage a book. In this role, you will:
- Have the opportunity to follow up on firm-generated leads, creating a track record of sales accomplishments and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deliver financial planning to the client base and assist the firm’s principal financial advisor as needed.
- Participate in required meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
- Work to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
- Contribute actively to the firm’s expansion across North Texas and beyond
- Embrace ongoing training, continuing education, and demonstrate genuine commitment to lifelong learning
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- This is an on-site, full-time role. The regular work schedule follows standard business hours, with availability beyond core hours expected based on client and/or firm needs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Credentials
- 3–5 years of financial planning and/or investment advisory experience, ideally with high-net-worth clients
- Active Series 65 or 66 license required
- Clean U-4 and U-5 history required
- CFP® designation preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
Who You Are
- Self-directed and results-driven — you own your outcomes without waiting to be managed.
- Exceptional communicator who builds client confidence through clarity and consistency.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits and disciplined follow-through.
- Resilient under pressure and motivated by challenge, not deterred by it.
- Genuine desire to serve clients and make a lasting impact on their financial lives.
Our Culture
We operate by five guiding behaviors that define how we work — with our clients, with each other, and with ourselves.
- Develop: Grow professionally and inspire others to do the same.
- Collaborate: Work with and through others to achieve outcomes that matter.
- Decide: Make prompt, pragmatic choices with the client at the center.
- Deliver: Take ownership and hold yourself accountable for results.
- Improve: Contribute to the continuous evolution of the firm. Kaizen is not a buzzword here — it’s how we operate.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance incentives, scaled to experience and potential
- Health Benefits: Health insurance and 401(k) with matching contributions
- Work Culture: A collaborative, high-performance environment where your expertise is valued and recognized
- Growth: Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development — we invest heavily in the people we hire. Real opportunity to grow with a firm on an upward trajectory.
- Other: Access to firm-generated leads to accelerate your pipeline.
Who Thrives Here
Our best advisors are driven by something more than a paycheck. They take pride in their craft, hold themselves to a high standard, and bring a service-first mindset to every client relationship. They welcome feedback, bounce back from setbacks, and consistently go the extra mile — not because they’re asked to, but because that’s who they are.
If you are a fiduciary at heart — someone who does right by clients every time, without exception — we would love to hear from you.
