Alex Schremmer, CFP® - Financial Planner

Alex is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from Washburn University. Prior to making a shift to his current role as a Financial Advisor, Alex worked in the accounting industry for several years. His professional background has helped shape a client-focused approach to financial planning.

The process of selecting a Financial Advisor can be stressful. In his role here at GDS Wealth Management, Alex’s main goal is to add value and support clients as they plan for their retirement years. Retirement planning is different for everyone, and Alex works with clients to identify their individual goals and priorities and develop planning approaches tailored to their circumstances.

Retirement planning doesn't have to be overwhelming. Alex works closely with clients to develop a personalized financial plan aligned with their needs and objectives. As part of the ongoing planning process, he reviews the plan periodically and discusses potential adjustments as circumstances change.

Alex currently lives in Carrollton, Texas with his wife, Erika, their son, Tripp, and their Mini Goldendoodle, Livvy. Together they enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time outdoors. A highlight for Alex and Erika was their honeymoon trip to Italy.
