Ben Schmuhl

Ben is a Financial Advisor at GDS Wealth Management, where he works with clients to build personalized financial plans and long-term strategies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Texas and discovered his passion for financial planning early in his academic career. 

Through his experience in the finance industry, Ben developed a strong commitment to helping individuals and families plan for a secure financial future. He is committed to GDS Wealth Management’s fee-only fiduciary approach and its dedication to providing clear, transparent guidance, so clients feel confident in their decisions. Ben focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering thoughtful, goal-oriented advice tailored to each client’s needs.  

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He follows a disciplined routine that includes running and strength training, and he enjoys golfing with friends and family. Ben is an Eagle Scout and lives with his cat, Eloise.
