Daniel Amador, CFP®

Financial Advisor

Daniel is a Financial Advisor with GDS Wealth Management and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Economics. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner designation and has worked in the wealth management industry for several years.

Daniel recognizes that the process of financial planning does not come easily to everyone. He understands that unexpected costs of living and a lack of planned savings can create financial stress, and he works with clients to help address these concerns through thoughtful financial planning. Daniel is passionate about helping clients clarify their financial goals and develop financial plans that support informed decision-making. With the support of the GDS Wealth Management team, Daniel works closely with clients to develop personalized financial plans aligned with their stated goals and priorities. He values open communication and believes that building strong working relationships is an important part of the planning process. Daniel takes time to understand each client’s individual needs and circumstances.

When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Karli, and other friends and family. As a Colorado native, one of Daniel’s favorite hobbies is snowboarding. Although he may not get much opportunity for that here in Texas, he also loves golfing and fishing. One of his favorite trips was a fishing trip to Alaska. If you know any other great fishing spots, be sure to let Daniel know!
