Jerry Li

Jerry, an Advisor Operations Partner at GDS, graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his role, he oversees the advisory training & development program, business operations strategy and execution, data integrity, and key performance indicators that support GDS’s continued growth. He focuses on internal operations and works closely with the advisory team to support firm initiatives.

Prior to joining GDS, Jerry spent three years at J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in Asset and Wealth Management, focused on control management within the division. He also spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs in operations management roles, where he developed experience supporting large financial institutions. He is passionate about creating an environment where advisors can thrive, knowing that when the team succeeds, clients ultimately benefit.

Jerry lives in North Texas with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling, creating new experiences as his children grow.
