THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Financial Advisor who wants to build something meaningful — not just manage a book. In this role, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to follow up on firm-generated leads, creating a track record of sales accomplishments and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deliver financial planning to the client base and assist the firm’s principal financial advisor as needed.
  • Participate in required meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
  • Work to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Contribute actively to the firm's expansion across North Texas and beyond
  • Embrace ongoing training, continuing education, and demonstrate genuine commitment to lifelong learning
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Credentials

  • 3–5 years of financial planning and/or investment advisory experience, ideally with high-net-worth clients
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license required
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 history required
  • CFP® designation preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
